  • 2 tablespoons  sugar-free red raspberry preserves
  • 2/3 cup  quick-cooking rolled oats
  • 2 tablespoons  whole wheat flour
  • 2 tablespoons  packed brown sugar or brown sugar substitute* equivalent to 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon  ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons  butter
  •   Fat-free vanilla yogurt with artificial sweetener (optional)
