  • 1 13-1/2-ounce can  unsweetened coconut milk (about 1-1/2 cups)
  • 1/2 cup  creamy peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon  soy sauce
  •   Chopped peanuts (optional)
  •   Snipped fresh cilantro (optional)
  •   Red sweet pepper strips (optional)
