  • 1/2 cup  milk chocolate-covered toffee pieces or chopped chocolate-covered English toffee bars
  • 1/4 cup  packed brown sugar
  •   Hot fudge ice cream topping (optional)
  •   Whipped cream (optional)
  •   Pumpkin pie spice (optional)
