  • 1/4 cup  plus 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon  cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon  freshly grated nutmeg
  • 1   egg white, lightly beaten with 2 teaspoons of water
  • 1/4 cup  turbinado sugar mixed with 2 teaspoons of celery seeds
