  • 1   habanero or Scotch Bonnet pepper, seeded, if desired, and finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon  bottled steak sauce
  • 1 teaspoon  chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon  ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon  salt
