  • 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon  ground red pepper
  • 2 ounces  rice sticks or 1-1/2 cups hot cooked rice
  • 1 tablespoon  cooking oil
  • 1 clove  garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon  grated fresh ginger
  • 1-1/2 cups  thinly sliced bok choy or torn fresh spinach
  • 6   green onions, bias-sliced into 1-inch pieces (1 cup)
  • 1   small yellow or red sweet pepper, cut into 3/4-inch pieces (1/2 cup)
