  • 4 6-ounce cans  crabmeat, drained, flaked, and cartilage removed
  • 1/3 cup  fine dry bread crumbs
  • 1/3 cup  cornmeal
  • 1/3 cup  cooking oil
  •   Lemon wedges (optional)
