Mustard-glazed Pork Skewers With Apple-apricot Chutney

  • 3 tablespoons  apple juice
  • 2 tablespoons  Dijon-style mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon  dried thyme, crushed
  • 1-1/4 pounds  boneless pork loin
