  • 1/4 cup  dry white wine
  • 2 tablespoons  whipping cream
  • 1 tablespoon  Dijon-style mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon  pepper
  • 1 tablespoon  snipped fresh dill
  • 1 cup  water
  •   Fresh dill sprigs (optional)
