Ingredients

  • 2 cans  (14.5 ounces each) diced tomatoes with jalapeno chiles
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons  ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon  salt
  • 2 small  firm, ripe avocados
  • 2 tablespoons  fresh lime juice
  • 1   cucumber, peeled
  • 4 large  (11-inch) flour tortillas or sandwich wraps (plain, spinach or sun-dried tomato), warmed following package directions
  • 8 large  leafy lettuce leaves (about 1/2 large head)
