Asian Chicken Salad


  • 4   skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (1 to 1 1/2 pounds total)
  • 3 tablespoons  reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons  grated fresh ginger
  • 5 cups  torn mixed salad greens
  • 3 cups  assorted fresh vegetables (such as fresh pea pods, halved crosswise; red sweet pepper strips; shredded carrot; and/or sliced cucumber)
  • 1 cup  coarsely chopped red cabbage
  • 1/4 cup  sliced green onions
  • 1 recipe  Asian Salad Dressing
  • 2 teaspoons  sesame seeds, toasted (see tip, page 000)
