Chinese Pork Fried Rice

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup  reduced-sodium chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup  light soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon  oyster sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon  ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon  red pepper flakes
  • 1 pound  boneless pork chops, about 1/2 inch thick
  • 2   eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 tablespoon  canola oil
  • 1   large onion, peeled and chopped
  • 1   large red sweet pepper, cored, seeded and thinly sliced
  • 3 cups  cooked brown rice
  • 4   scallions, sliced
  • 1 cup  frozen peas, thawed
  • 1 tablespoon  sesame oil

Description

This Is A Great Way To Use Leftover Rice. Sub In Chicken Breast Or Even More Veggies For The Pork, If You Wish.
