  • 6 ounces  cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup  margarine or butter, softened
  • 1 tablespoon  apricot brandy or orange juice
  • 4-1/2 to 4-3/4 cups  sifted powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon  finely shredded orange peel
  • 1 cup  toasted, finely chopped pecans (optional)
