  • 1/4 teaspoon  salt
  • 1/4 cup  pine nuts
  • 2 cloves  garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon  olive oil
  • 1-1/2 cups  sliced fresh mushrooms (4 ounces)
  • 1 tablespoon  butter
  • 4 cups  fresh baby spinach leaves
  • 1/4 cup  freshly grated Asiago cheese (1 ounce)
  •   Toasted pine nuts (optional)
