  • 2   eggs
  • 1/3 cup  sugar
  • 2 tbsp.  cornstarch
  • 3/4 cup  milk
  • 1 tsp.  unflavored gelatin
  • 1 tbsp.  cold water
  • 1 1/2 tsp.  butter , softened
  • 1 tsp.  vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup  heavy cream , whipped
