  • 1   small fresh red chili pepper, seeded and finely chopped
  • 1/8 teaspoon  salt
  • 1-1/2 cups  finely chopped, cooked, peeled, and deveined shrimp (8 ounces)

  •   Cilantro sprigs (optional)
  •   Assorted crackers
