  • 1 cup  sugar
  • 1 6-ounce can  frozen pink lemonade concentrate
  • 1/4 cup  lemon juice
  • 1 1-liter bottle  lemon-lime carbonated beverage, chilled
  •   Fresh mint leaves and/or lemon slices (optional)
