  • 1 teaspoon  sugar
  • 1 teaspoon  bottled hot pepper sauce
  • 2 to 3 small  tomato wedges and sprigs of fresh cilantro (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon  salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon  pepper
