  • 1 pound  fresh or frozen tuna, swordfish, halibut, shark, or salmon steaks
  • 2 cloves  garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon  olive oil
  • 1 14 1/2-ounce  can Italian-style stewed tomatoes, undrained and cut up
  • 2 teaspoons  snipped fresh sage or 1/4 teaspoon ground sage
  • 1 15-ounce  can small white beans, rinsed and drained
  • 2 teaspoons  olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons  lemon juice
  • 1/8 teaspoon  pepper
  •   Nonstick spray coating
