  • 6 ounces  lump crabmeat OR: imitation crab, finely chopped (about 1-1/4 cups)
  • 6 small  portabella mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons  olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon  black pepper
  •   Paprika, for sprinkling
