Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon  cooking oil
  • 1 medium  onion, cut into thin wedges (3/4 cup)
  • 1 large  red sweet pepper, cut into 1 inch pieces (1-1/4 cup)
  • 4   green onions, bias-sliced into 1-inch pieces (1/2 cup)
  • 1   orange, peeled and sectioned
  •   Hot cooked rice
  •   Green onion (optional)
