Sausage And Pepper Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 8- to 10-inch  plain or herbed Italian flat bread (focaccia)
  • 1 Tbsp.  olive oil or melted butter
  • 2 large  red, yellow, and/or green sweet peppers
  • 4   seasoned, fully cooked sausages, such as chicken and sun-dried tomato sausages (8 to 10 oz.)
  • 1 6-oz. pkg.  fresh baby spinach
  • 1/2 cup  bottled balsamic vinaigrette salad dressing
  •   Thinly shaved Parmesan cheese

Description

Browned Foccacia Bread, Seasoned Sausages, And A Trio Of Peppers, Are Added To The Spinach Leaves In This Salad. Drizzle On Additional Dressing As The Bread Soaks It Up.
