Apricot-rosemary Salsa


  • 1/2 cup  chopped apricots or peaches
  • 1/4 cup  chopped avocado
  • 1/4 cup  chopped tomato
  • 1/2 teaspoon  finely shredded lime or lemon peel
  • 2 tablespoons  lime or lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon  thinly sliced green onion
  • 1 teaspoon  snipped fresh rosemary or 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed


This Tomato, Fruit, And Avocado Salsa Is A Great Topper For Grilled Fish Steaks Or Chicken Pieces. Try It With Peaches Instead Of Apricots.
