  • 16   fresh large asparagus spears (about 1 lb.)
  • 3 Tbsp.  kosher salt or salt
  • 4 cups  ice cubes
  • 1 tsp.  white vinegar
  • 4   eggs
  • 6   radishes, sliced
  • 2 oz.  Feliciana Nevat cheese or chevre, crumbled
  •   Toasted Walnut Vinaigrette (recipe follows)
