- 2 pinches ground cinnamon
- Salt and pepper
- Extra-virgin olive oil (EVOO), for drizzling
- 4 romaine lettuce leaves
- 4 crusty rolls, split
- Thinly sliced bell peppers, red onions, tomatoes and hot fresh chiles, for garnish
