- 4 ears corn, kernels scraped
- One 15-ounce can butter beans, rinsed
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 4 scallions, thinly sliced on an angle
- 2 cloves garlic, grated or finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh thyme
- 1 teaspoon cumin
