8 ounces asparagus tips (rinsed)
1 (4-ounce) package smoked salmon
2 tablespoons butter (or margarine)
2 cups refrigerated homestyle sliced potatoes
1/4 cup pre-diced red onions
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
6 eggs, beaten (or 1 1/2 cups egg substitute)
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1/4 teaspoon dried tarragon



1 (16-oz) package frozen potato/Cheddar pierogies
1 cup water
1 tablespoon butter
1 1/2 cups vodka pasta sauce
2 tablespoons pine nuts
1 tablespoon shredded Parmesan cheese
