1 cup frozen peas
3 tablespoons chopped cilantro
Rice:
1 1/2 cups basmati rice
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1 Earl Grey tea bag
2 teaspoons caraway seeds
1 teaspoon mustard seeds
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
Pinch cayenne
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
